Privacy notice

Last updated 3 November 2026. This notice explains what we do with personal data, in plain language, including the business contacts we approach directly.

The image checker runs entirely in your browser. When you check an image on this site, the file is never uploaded, never copied to our servers, and never stored. The analysis happens on your own machine. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from any third party.

Who is responsible for your data

AmazingBrand s. r. o. (IČO 56116241), Svätoplukova ulica 102/51, 971 01 Prievidza, Slovakia — the controller for the purposes of the GDPR. ATLAS Works is a service operated by this company using an automated AI system. Contact: [email protected].

What we hold, and why

Business contact details — name, work email address, company and role. Held to approach relevant businesses about our service, on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): offering a compliance service to a business whose role it concerns. We contact business addresses only, not personal ones, at low frequency, and we stop permanently the moment anyone objects.
Correspondence — emails and messages you send us, kept so we can answer you and remember what was agreed.
Files you send us for a job — typically product photographs. Used only to do the work you asked for and to deliver the result.
Transaction records — invoices and payment records, kept because the law requires it (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, Slovak accounting and tax rules).

We do not sell data, do not build profiles, and do not use your data to train machine-learning models.

How long we keep it

Outreach contact details: until you object, and then removed from our list permanently.
Correspondence: up to 24 months after the last contact.
Job files you send: deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
Invoices and accounting records: for the period Slovak law requires.

Who else sees it

Only service providers who help us operate, and only as far as needed: our email provider and our hosting provider. Where a job requires it, a specialist retouching supplier may receive the product image — never anything else about you, and never your contact details.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to us contacting you, or ask us to restrict how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky.

Objecting to outreach: every email we send includes a one-line way to opt out. Saying "stop" in any form is enough. We add you to a suppression list that is checked before every future send, and we honour it permanently — not for 30 days.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
